Lucy's Blessing

We had Lucy's Blessing last Sunday and we had the great experience to bless both Lucy and her sweet little cousin, Juliette, too.  What a wonderful day for the whole family.  Both Blake and Shawn did great and gave beautiful blessing to these sweet little babies and we had lots of great love and support from lots of family.  What a special day for us to celebrate our Little LucyLoo and the joy she has brought into our lives.

We are loving this Fall time.  The weather has been nice so far and we have tried to take advantage of lots of time outside.  We have also been loving our little LucyLoo in our family and the joy she has brought into our lives.  She is the best little baby and just so happy and content with life.  

Halloween

Our Wards Trunk or Treat was on Halloween this year-which was great for us since Callie is still to young to get the grasp of the whole trick or treating thing.  Since Lucy was only 2 weeks old on Halloween Shawn took Callie to the Trunk or Treat and I got to stay home and enjoy some quite time with my LucyGirl.

Well its been 2 weeks with 2 children and we are starting to get a routine set up and trying to enjoy our time together.  Lucy is an amazing baby and sleeps great at night, eats well, and rarely cries.  We have not seen Shawn much at all since he has had midterms and lots of tests lately, but we are grateful for lots of help from family.  Our only complaint right now would be the rain.  We have lots of rain lately and that is hard on Callie-who is the happiest when she can just play outside all day long- but we try to get outside a little each day.

Our sweet Lucy Jane is here and decided to come and join the family a week early.  She arrived on Wednesday October 17 at 4:48 am and weighed 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. 

We checked into the hospital at 8:30 pm and had Lucy at 4:48.  The labor and delivery was alot better than with Callie.  Everything went well and actually pretty quick.  We were happy to have our Little Lucy Lady born healthy and content and just so cute. 

 My mom brought Callie to come visit the next day and she was very curious about her new baby sister.

Little baby Nelson girl is here.  Blake and Savannah had their baby girl this morning.  We have no name for her yet and we are waiting for a phone call tonight on what it will be.  She is adorable and I was so excited to bring Callie up to the hospital with me to go and see her.  Savannah is not due for another week-but this little lady was ready to come meet us all.  Crazy to think that we are next and should be having our little lady in the next 2 weeks.
