A few December photos

We went to visit Santa Clause this year and Lucy thought Santa was nice and cozy and she fell asleep on his lap.  Callie on the other hand.....did not want anything to do with Santa and screamed the whole time.  I think it did make for a pretty cute picture though?

 I decided to take Callie out with me to do some last minuet Christmas errands and she was such a good shopper/helper but she just got to wore out on the way home and fell asleep in the middle of me singing "The Wheels on the Bus"

 One of Callie's favorite things to do is play in the mud.  We have come across a few days that she just needs out of the house and some alone time with her mommy and without Lucy.  We usually take Cousin Porter with us and go run in all the mud puddles around the farm.

 I never blogged about Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful time with family!  My mom and I made the 4 babies matching Turkey shirts out of the first letters in their name.  I loved them and thought they turned out very cute!

Family Pictures and Lucy Pictures

Aunt Diane took our family pictures a few weeks ago.  It was a rainy day but we just went for it anyways and took a couple quick shots.  We were happy with the outcome

The Whitings (dental school friends) came by to visit and meet Lucy and I asked if Whitney could help me take some pictures of Lucy.  She came and took some pictures and did an amazing job.  Love the pictures of my sweet LucyLoo

Sweet LucyLoo

She is 6 weeks old and getting so big and happy and more alert these days.  She is a great baby and rarely cries and has been sleeping through the nights for the last 2 weeks-it is awesome.

Zoo Lights

Shawn and I took the girls to see the Zoo Lights at the Portland Zoo on Wednesday.  We had a fun time walking around looking at the lights and Callie loved riding the Zoo train.  It was a cold clear night and there were a ton of people but it was still a fun time as Callie loved running around looking at all the lights with joy and excitement.

Lucy's Blessing

We had Lucy's Blessing last Sunday and we had the great experience to bless both Lucy and her sweet little cousin, Juliette, too.  What a wonderful day for the whole family.  Both Blake and Shawn did great and gave beautiful blessing to these sweet little babies and we had lots of great love and support from lots of family.  What a special day for us to celebrate our Little LucyLoo and the joy she has brought into our lives.

We are loving this Fall time.  The weather has been nice so far and we have tried to take advantage of lots of time outside.  We have also been loving our little LucyLoo in our family and the joy she has brought into our lives.  She is the best little baby and just so happy and content with life.  

Halloween

Our Wards Trunk or Treat was on Halloween this year-which was great for us since Callie is still to young to get the grasp of the whole trick or treating thing.  Since Lucy was only 2 weeks old on Halloween Shawn took Callie to the Trunk or Treat and I got to stay home and enjoy some quite time with my LucyGirl.
